System coverage

From booking to settlement.

Each operational event stays attached to the parcel record. Cash collections, payouts, partner handoffs, and ledger entries remain traceable to the work that created them.

Parcel booking & labels

Book one parcel or import a thousand from CSV. Print labels from your own templates, with full status history on every parcel.

Pickup & delivery runs

Build runs by driver and vehicle, scan parcels in and out, and record deliveries and returns as the driver works.

Hub scanning & sorting

Scan parcels into the hub, work the pending queue until it's clear, and sort each one onto the right onward run.

COD & merchant payouts

Collect cash from drivers with variance approval, then queue, approve, and process merchant payouts against real parcel lines.

D2D partner handoffs

Hand parcels to partner networks with scan confirmation, then settle the batch and record what each partner paid.

Accounting & reports

Double-entry accounts, journals, and fiscal periods, plus eight reports covering deliveries, cash, drivers, merchants, and partners.

Product questions

Answers for operations teams.

What is MMDeliApp?

MMDeliApp is delivery management software for delivery and courier companies operating in Myanmar. It covers the full parcel lifecycle in one web application: booking, pickup runs, hub scanning and sorting, delivery runs, cash-on-delivery collection, merchant payouts, door-to-door partner settlements, and double-entry accounting.

Does MMDeliApp work in Burmese?

Yes. The entire interface is available in Burmese (မြန်မာ) and in English, and each user chooses the language for their own account. This public website is available in both languages too.

Do I need to install anything?

No. MMDeliApp runs in a web browser on desktop, tablet, and phone. Your company gets its own subdomain. Office staff, hub staff, and drivers can sign in from any modern browser. There is no app to install and nothing to run on your own servers.

Is my company's data separate from other companies?

Yes. Every company runs as its own tenant on its own subdomain, with its own records. Users of one company cannot see another company's parcels, customers, drivers, or accounts.

How is cash on delivery handled?

Drivers record COD collections against the parcels on their delivery run. A supervisor reviews each collection and approves any variance where the cash handed in does not match the amount expected. Approved collections then flow into merchant payouts and into the accounting ledger, so the cash position and the books agree.

Can MMDeliApp handle handovers to partner delivery companies?

Yes. You keep records for each door-to-door partner, scan parcels into a handoff batch, and confirm the handoff with the receiving partner. Settlements then record what each partner owes or has paid for the parcels they carried.

How much does MMDeliApp cost?

Pricing is quoted per company, based on the number of branches, the number of users, and monthly parcel volume. There is no public price list. Email [email protected] with your volumes and the team will send a quote.

How do I get started?

Submit the signup request form with your company details. The team reviews the request, provisions your subdomain, and then guides your staff through loading master data and running the first day of parcels.
