Product questions
MMDeliApp is delivery management software for delivery and courier companies operating in Myanmar. It covers the full parcel lifecycle in one web application: booking, pickup runs, hub scanning and sorting, delivery runs, cash-on-delivery collection, merchant payouts, door-to-door partner settlements, and double-entry accounting.
Yes. The entire interface is available in Burmese (မြန်မာ) and in English, and each user chooses the language for their own account. This public website is available in both languages too.
No. MMDeliApp runs in a web browser on desktop, tablet, and phone. Your company gets its own subdomain. Office staff, hub staff, and drivers can sign in from any modern browser. There is no app to install and nothing to run on your own servers.
Yes. Every company runs as its own tenant on its own subdomain, with its own records. Users of one company cannot see another company's parcels, customers, drivers, or accounts.
Drivers record COD collections against the parcels on their delivery run. A supervisor reviews each collection and approves any variance where the cash handed in does not match the amount expected. Approved collections then flow into merchant payouts and into the accounting ledger, so the cash position and the books agree.
Yes. You keep records for each door-to-door partner, scan parcels into a handoff batch, and confirm the handoff with the receiving partner. Settlements then record what each partner owes or has paid for the parcels they carried.
Pricing is quoted per company, based on the number of branches, the number of users, and monthly parcel volume. There is no public price list. Email [email protected] with your volumes and the team will send a quote.
Submit the signup request form with your company details. The team reviews the request, provisions your subdomain, and then guides your staff through loading master data and running the first day of parcels.
