Terms of service

Last updated 21 August 2026

These terms cover use of the MMDeliApp website and, once your company is onboarded, the MMDeliApp application.

Using this website

You may browse this website and submit a signup request for a company you are authorised to represent. Do not submit requests on behalf of companies you have no authority over, and do not attempt to disrupt the site or its forms.

Signup requests

Submitting the signup form is a request, not an account. We review each request and may decline it, or decline a specific subdomain, at our discretion. Nothing is provisioned until we confirm it with you.

Your account

Once provisioned, your company is responsible for its own user accounts: who is invited, what permissions they hold, and keeping credentials secure. Actions taken by your users are recorded in your company's audit log.

Your data

Operational data your company enters remains your company's. We process it to provide the service. We do not sell it, and we do not share it with other customers.

Availability

We aim to keep the service running continuously, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Planned maintenance is communicated in advance where practical.

Fees

Fees, billing period, and payment terms are set out in the agreement made with your company when the account is provisioned. This website does not publish a price list.

Ending the service

Either side may end the agreement under the terms agreed with your company. On termination, we will make your company's data available for export for a reasonable period before removal.

Liability

MMDeliApp is provided as a tool for managing delivery operations. We are not liable for business decisions made using it, for losses of parcels or cash in your physical operation, or for indirect or consequential losses.
