What we collect on this website

This website collects information when you submit a company signup request.

• Signup requests: the company name, requested subdomain, owner name, owner email, and owner phone number you enter in the signup form. We also record the IP address and browser user agent of the submission so we can identify abuse of the form.

Why we collect it

Signup details are used solely to review your request, to check that the subdomain you asked for is available, and to contact the owner about setting up the account. We do not sell this information, and we do not use it for unrelated marketing.

Language preference

Your chosen language is part of the page address, and the site does not need to store anything on your device to remember it.

Data inside the application

Information your company enters into MMDeliApp after onboarding, including parcels, customers, drivers, and financial records, belongs to your company. Each company's records are kept separate from every other company's. We access them only when your company asks us to provide support or troubleshooting.

How long we keep it

Signup requests are retained while your request is under review and afterwards as a record of the account's origin. If your request is rejected or withdrawn and you ask us to delete it, we will.

Your choices

You can ask what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Email [email protected] and we will respond.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes materially, the date at the top of this page changes with it.
